Change can happen without knowing – Purely by giving it the possibility

We all have, without exception, a part of our biology that does not want to change. It is part of us, an old part of our brain, which we understand today as a program we run for survival. We think if we go into the unknown, something unexpected or unpleasant might happen. It is not a conscious thought, but a biological program we run by based on the experiences we hold within. And if you are not very present, that old part of your brain will make you stay in the same old same old way of thinking or being.

Why? “Because it feels change coming up”, and the unknown creates fear in us. Stop and embrace that “old program” of you and transform it, by being grateful for your awareness. Be grateful for your own heart-mind wanting to give you the gift to see and understand. See if you can stay present with that energy of awareness because as the energy builds within your heart, it connects with your heart-mind.

Awareness leads you to being more conscious and it gives you the gift in every moment by elevating your energy field right then. Not just yours, you are also changing your surroundings by becoming aware and taking control. Your awareness is like the flame that burns away the unconsciousness, the darkness, the shadows we hold within.

Alertness, attentiveness, the total gift of choiceless awareness. “A beingness”, a higher consciousness and the door to everything.
