Over the past four years, our support team has received well over twenty thousand questions, requests and comments from our Ascension Library community.   As part of the Ascension Library's continuing improvements, the answers to most of these questions are now uploaded into the green (?) Help button and Support tab, both of which are extremely helpful tools for anyone using the library.

✨  Did you know YOU can find answers to your Ascension questions using the green help button? 

It's at the bottom of every Ascension Library page ⬇️  it looks like this (?) Help 
Use this button and the Support page to find answers for:

• Ascension symptoms and experiences you are having.
• If you are unable to find recordings.
• Program listening instructions - how to combine programs.
• Advice from Judy on various ascension symptoms and stages of the Ascension journey. 
• Account, membership, or billing inquiries including instructions on any membership settings issues such as logging in, and email address questions.  You can also find answers to technical difficulties you may be experiencing on any internet, audio, or video connection. 

It is now possible for you to receive an immediate answer to any question you may have.  All you need to do is partially type your question or the name of the recording you are looking for into the green (?) Help button or Support page and the library system will bring up all available answers for you.

Here are the four ways in which you can find support within the Ascension Library:

1. Green (?) Help button (at the bottom of every library page): If you find your question is not answered here please let us know through the support desk and we will add your question to our support knowledge base.
2. The Support tab in the main menu bar: If you find your question is not answered here please let us know and we will add your question to our support knowledge base.
3. The Articles tab in the main menu bar: Judy and the Ascension Library team have written many articles on various Ascension-related topics.  Find direct advice in these articles on what to do regarding Ascension symptoms or the process of moving through Ascension.
4. “Judy Satori Live” section of the library: This extensive body of video recordings contains all of Judy's live events including Ascension & You, Q&A Going Beyond What We Know, and The New Human.  Within each of these sessions, you will find Judy’s direct teaching and advice relating to every kind of Ascension Symptom or experience imaginable.  Watching and listening to the energy Judy brings through will directly help you; each energy transmission is specific and any advice or teachings given by Judy within these sessions will also relate to you, especially if you are currently experiencing similar issues or symptoms to the ones Judy is describing.
