How does the 5-day free trial work?

In order to access the membership free-trial you are required to enter a valid credit card into the payment gateway. You will receive an email 24-hours before the end of the trial period to remind you that you will be billed for the applicable period...depending on weather you selected Annual or Lunar Monthly Payments.

Why do you use a 28day billing cycle?

All the releases in Judy Satori's Accelerated Ascension Library are timed to be released on the New Moon with the exception of the ReGenesis Transmissions that are released on the Full Moon. The process of dividing our calendar into 13x28 day periods is much more in tune with the sacred rhythms people and of the planet. Find out more at www.lawoftime.org

What happens if I wish to upgrade my membership?

I have a question about a section in a course...how do I get help?

I purchased a membership or product and I received no login information by email and now how do I log in?

the First step is to try sign in at https://www.ascensionlibrary.org/login if your ‘email is not recognized’ perhaps you made a typo in email field in the purchase. If this is the case you will need to click on? HELP BUTTON lower right and tech support will explore the issue further.

How will the membership options evolve overtime?

The 3 tiers of Library Membership are set but content will grow and evolve every moon-cycle. The vision is that ‘legacy’ purchases of Judy’s products will be activated in Your Ascension Library. This is a bit of a coding process but our aim is to have this complete for Mary Magdalene MasterClasses in next 7-days and others in the month ahead. Thanks for joining us on this new Adventure.

I am affaid of commitment...can’t I just buy the products like I always have without any ongoing costs?

Well, you sure can...but really you will be paying for the privilege. But the benefit is you OWN the product...can download MasterClass audio, burn CDs or add to iPod or your own Library system to listen anytime, anywhere...even mountains with no WiFi :)

This sounds like an internet connection issue, please go to http://www.speedtest.net/ and check your internet connection speed...anything lower than 6Mbs and streaming audio may be a challenge. If you still have problems please submit a ticket to Green "?Help" below and we may send you download audio.

My link doesn't work how do I access my library and/or products purchased?

How much data is used when I stream audio on AscensionLibrary.org?

The Library uses Soundcloud to stream our Audio . This uses 128 kbps sound. That means 128 kbits per second, or 16 kBytes per second, or 960 kBytes = 0.96 MB per minute. So, plus some metadata, let's say that is 1 MB(yte) or 8 Mb(its) per minute...video is a different story.

I can’t get the audio to play! Do I need a high-speed connection?

No...In most cases, 500 Kbps (0.5 Mbps) is enough speed; however the ‘slower’ your connection the ‘longer’ the audio will take to ‘buffer’ so push Play ‘triangle’ once and take a few breaths...and 99% of the time it WILL start. If you Stop, Start then you ‘reset’ the ‘buffering’ process. Go to www.speedtest.net to confirm you ARE actually connected to internet as THIS may be an issue :)

I have purchased Judy's Full Moon ReGenesis Transmission and wanted to download to listen on MP3...Can I?

Yes and No...at this stage the download version is $22/ listen online (as part of any library subscription)...$11...this is confusing 🌝 so from next full moon there will be a download option...yay community evolution.

Payment Issues

Oo I have been charged twice or purchased a double of the product!?

Please submit a ticket (Green?HELP below)to our payments team...they can see backend of your account and refund. We are working with the developers to find a way to prevent this and will be updated in a future release.

What are the minimum system requirements for viewing videos?

There are a number of factors that can influence this...best Connection Speeds but higher than 4.0 Megabits per second download is Recommended Minimum. Recommended Browsers: Safari Edge Firefox Chrome There have been some issues with some mobile systems...samsung and older iPhones. More tips: Even small fluctuations in your bandwidth will cause the users to see drops in playback quality. Multiple people/devices on the same wi-fi network will cause slow-downs Make sure you are not stopping and starting frequently, as this affects the dubbing and thus causing slow-playback You can test the connection speed with www.Speedtest.net // Click Begin Test and wait for results. If your connection speed meets the minimum requirements and you are still having issues? Try on another device and if you are still having issues submit a help request with information such as device, connection speed and any other helpful details and we will respond; we’re here to help!

What if I want to cancel my membership?

You can cancel your membership at any stage in your account settings tab. Click your Avatar Image (Or the little Black Circle TOP RIGHT) > Account Settings > Credit Card Info > Cancel Membership __ You will retain access to the end of your billing cycle and any products you have 'purchased' will remain in 'Your Ascension Library' and of course you can 'reactivate' your membership at any time ".

I have forgotten my password - help me!

Your password is very easy to reset... Please go to https://www.ascensionlibrary.org/login Down the bottom click on “Forgot Your Password” Enter email...and follow process...An automated email will be sent to you. Click that link in the email...this will take you to password reset your own

Can you please cancel my subscription.

All subscriptions are self-managed within Your Ascension Library. If you login - https://www.ascensionlibrary.org/login
1/ click on your picture or the little black face top right.
2/ click ‘account settings’

3/ click ‘credit card info’

4/ click ‘remove card and cancel all subscriptions’.


If you reason for cancellation is limited fund$ - You may consider applying for a Ascension Library Scholarship when they become available later in the year.
