What should I eat?

Tune into what your body needs. Judy practises and recommends a simple, primarily plant based diet, but with enough high quality organic protein. The physical body appears to need more protein as we go through Ascension changes.

Daily Supplement Support

Each day I make a green drink in a shaker with the following ingredients:

1 tbsp organic spirulina powder,

1 tsp organic cracked cell chlorella,

1 tsp of seaweed powder,

2,000 - 3,000 high quality vitamin C powder - maybe with D and zinc,

Sleep Hygiene

Ascension energy fluctuates and when we can’t sleep

it is usually during solar flares, eclipse cycles, or because of other astrological high energy events. Do I need energy protection?

Probably NO. As your energy vibration quickens, you will no longer align with lower vibrational energy states that might pull you down. Like attracts like. Every recording in the Ascension Library will increase your capacity to rise above the dross, especially the two consciousness advancement recordings discussed in your booklet.
