There are three distinct stages that everyone goes through during the process of Ascension, which affects us all physically and in consciousness. Ascension relates to your capacity to hold LIGHT in the cells of the body.  All Ascension changes proceed from this energy and physical change.  Detailed below are the signs and symptoms of the progressive alteration of YOUR CAPACITY to HOLD LIGHT in the cells of the body.  

Each stage is not determined by time.  It is determined by readiness. 

Stage One: 

Questioning, opening, and remembering; a desire to eat lighter foods; you can no longer tolerate heavy 3-D foods; you have a foot in two worlds, but still cope easily in both; your health is generally good, but you may have some energy ups and downs; you may have allergies to some foods that you previously could eat; you probably notice social changes... with friendships, family, people, some environments may be hard for you to be in; you may feel isolated and alone; you may not resonate with the same people as before; you may frequently feel that there is more to life and your role in life than THIS; you may have unusual spiritual openings and experiences; people might think you have changed or are unnecessarily “rocking the boat”.  Welcome to Ascension!  You are NOT ALONE.

Stage Two: 

You are transitioning from the OLD to the NEW; this is the most challenging part of Ascension; the rug MAY be metaphorically pulled out from under your feet with your health and/or your life circumstances; change happens in your life, often very suddenly and unexpectedly; you may feel without an anchor, or a rudder to guide you;  you may experience fatigue, ill health, unexplainable physical symptoms, often without a clear medical diagnosis; you struggle to keep going physically, with earning enough money, or both; you may feel that your health and life is irrevocably breaking down; you may experience depression, confusion, and despair; survival issues and survival needs may surface and create challenges.  

You are NOT ALONE.  We are all different, but what needs to come up and release, WILL come up and release. Create a caring community for added support.  Focus on creating JOY in your emotions and in your life.  Go easy on yourself. You can’t DO IT ALL right now.  You need to rest and relax and go within.  It is NOT YOU.  YOU are OKAY.   You may need to change the way you eat and live life in stage two to maintain balance and keep physically well.  You WILL need more sleep and rest.

Stage Three: 

Finally, you are over the hump!  You are now ready to be of global, or local service because in body, mind, and spirit you are fully aligned as the trinity God Being that YOU TRULY ARE.  You fully and continuously resonate in your I AM Divine presence.  Signs: your body continues to regenerate and radiates beauty, light, and life force.  You feel physically well and emotionally happy and at peace; you seem to be growing younger, not older; you are automatically and effortlessly drawn to eat predominantly plant-based, high-energy foods;  you know what you need and can make the right decisions for yourself and your life; you can say NO with ease and grace; you still need time alone in high energy environments, but you are less affected by people or places that impact your energy; your energy attracts right outcome and positive, benign and beneficial experiences; your mind creates with ease that which you desire and need; you trust in the Universe and “river of life” to take you EXACTLY where you need to go.  You have ARRIVED.
