People often ask me how I learned to connect with Spirit and transmit multi-dimension information. It is a SKILL that anyone can learn. We all have this ability as we are all spiritual beings. In this guided meditation, I will teach you how to step "Through the Golden Door" to increase your connection to Spirit.

This meditation uses visualisation and breathing exercises to help you reach up and connect with Spirit, I will also be bringing through light language to assist you in integrating with the higher energies. You will be perfectly safe and protected during this meditation, it is the very same exercise that helped me find a connection with Spirit decades ago.

Before you start, set your sacred space; dim the lights, and light a candle. Make sure that you will not be disturbed for at least 20 minutes. You may also like to have your journal handy to pen your thoughts at the end of the process. RELAX and ENJOY.'
