Our 13-day adventure in Ladakh is divinely designed. Sameeta Nanjiani (from our team in India) answered questions from the perspective of traveling as a tourist to India. I discussed and explained the tour itinerary and gave up-to-date information about COVID 19, vaccines and what is required for you to travel to India. In the past seven days, there have been ZERO cases of COVID-19 in Ladakh. India currently has no COVID-19-related travel restrictions.

Ladakh is a magical, mystical land in the high Himalayas, a land like no other. You will be entranced by the austere stark beauty of the terrain; the towering mountains sunlit with hues from dark-brown to purple-grey; the medieval monasteries and the leafy-green oasis-like villages that can be found along the banks of the Indus river. ‘Little Tibet’ it has long been called, but Ladakh is so much more than just an extension of the Tibetan plateau outside of Chinese control. It is more mountainous and to get to the various regions of Ladakh we will cross some of the highest drivable passes in the world.
The Ladakhi people are warm and friendly, reverent and spiritual and very much aligned with the rhythms of nature. One Ladakhi word you will quickly learn is Julay, which is the universal greeting, but also means ‘thank you’.
You will marvel at the stark beauty of the terrain and enjoy the culture of this remote and uniquely special land.
